Course Description
The Georgia APCO Leadership Workshop is an eight (8) hour professional development program focused on leadership development within Emergency Communications Centers (ECCs).
Geared toward middle and upper management ? and open to all communications professionals seeking growth - this event brings together leaders from across the state for high-level instruction and shared learning. Sessions will address leadership strategy, management practices, operational excellence, and professional development in today?s public safety communications environment.
Attendees will receive applicable APCO continuing education credit and a GPSTC certificate of completion.
