Use of Force Scenario Based Training: First Amendment, Second Amendment Auditors and Sovereign Citizens (1hr)

Course Description
This course uses scenario based training and an integrated system of video, laser, and computer technology to place the officer in situations where the officer's judgment will be evaluated when encountering First and Second Amendment Auditors and Sovereign Citizens. This evaluation will be based on use of force statutes and case law so that officer's actions during use of force is within the confines of the law. Officers will interact in simulated scenarios requiring judgment and decision making regarding the drawing of a weapon and the use of force.
Prerequisites
Must be Certified and Sworn Law Enforcement.
Who Should Attend
Any local, state or federal law enforcement officer.
Special Notes
Student must bring duty gear (minus firearm, ammo, OC Spray, Baton, TASER), sunscreen, and water bottle.
