Fire Officer: Fire Personnel Readiness
Course Hours: 3.0 Hours
Course Description
This course is designed to equip company officers
with the critical skills needed to enhance departmental organizational
readiness. Through lecture and interactive discussions, participants will learn
to identify and mitigate safety hazards that impact personnel readiness in
accordance with NFPA 1021 and current IFSTA guidelines. The course will empower
officers to proactively address potential threats to firefighter safety and
operational efficiency, ensuring their companies are fully prepared for any
emergency.
