Stalking Investigations

Course Description
This training program is designed to assist the investigator in a better understanding of the behavioral dynamics and investigative strategies of stalking investigations. Topics taught will include stalker tactics and typologies, statutes and case law relating to stalking, and building a case for prosecution. This course reviews related sections of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated (O.C.G.A.).
