Course Description
The Tactical Athlete Symposium is a two-day series of best practices and research-informed training for continuing education for law enforcement officers and firefighters. It is targeted at leadership who oversees wellness programs for both the recruit and incumbent officers and firefighters. Sessions will consist of short research-informed practices (including topics of sleep, nutrition, load management, and mental health for the tactical operator), best practices round tables led by leading subject matter experts, and hands-on sessions to teach the safety and techniques of different physical training skills.

There are no prerequisites to attend this symposium.

This course is entirely appropriate for all varieties of public safety assignment - police, fire and EMS services.
