Course Description
Enforcement Trends and Georgia Traffic Code is the GPSTC replacement for Advanced Traffic Law and is designated by P.O.S.T. Council as an APPROVED EQUIVALENT COURSE for purposes of the Career Development Advanced Certification. This course is designed to assist law enforcement officers to better perform their duties by providing thorough coverage of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated, Title 40, to include the most violated traffic codes, street racing codes, current DUI case law, the Teenage & Adult Driver Responsibility Act (TADRA), and commercial vehicle laws.
