Topics include: handling infrequent but highly critical events, improving listening skills, and developing a plan to keep your skills growing to meet new challenges.

Who Should Attend
This course is appropriate for public safety communications professionals of all ranks.
This course is only open to communications officers who are certified by Georgia POST Council and are employed by a Georgia Emergency Communications Center designated as a primary PSAP.
