Course Description
The outbreak of a global pandemic has challenged the public safety community in ways never imagined. An shift in the type of calls being received, and the health risks that threaten every individual, especially Fire and EMS, demands a clear understanding of the novel coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), and effective strategies to respond to this unique crisis.
This course is designed to provide fire and EMS with information about COVID-19, self-care, and guidelines on effective response to individuals in crisis.
