Who Should Attend: This course is designed specifically for Law Enforcement Officers; however, public safety personnel of all disciplines will find the information helpful.

Serving Georgia's Diverse Communities is designed to provide officers with an overview of statistics from the U.S. Census Bureau for a definition and breakdown of races in the state of Georgia. Additionally, the course contains video interviews of citizens from diverse cultures, who are living in a Georgia community. The interviews provide officers with the perspective of citizens in the community toward law enforcement. Course topics include race and ethnicity, diverse community member perspectives, and language barriers.
