Topics include: Pipeline 101, Training, Pipeline Emergency Response Guidelines and the tools necessary. This program is about how to respond safely and effectively to pipeline incidents and emergencies; It was written by emergency responders for emergency responders, and integrates technical information from pipeline operators and response specialists. Pipeline Emergencies Command Module is designed to help fire service and industry emergency responders to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to safely and effectively manage a pipeline. It is based upon nationally recognized engineering practices, recommended operating practices, and training programs. the Incident Management System and strategical/tactical guidelines.
