Course Description
This independent online course explores the basic elements of the performance appraisal process and provides instruction for the fire department supervisor on how to prepare for and conduct work plan sessions, performance evaluations and performance appraisal interviews. This course provides one hour of training for those in the fire service.
Conducting Effective Performance Appraisals is NOT A POST APPROVED COURSE and therefore WILL NOT BE SUBMITTED FOR POST CREDIT.
