On-Scene Traffic Accident Investigation Level 2
Course Hours: 36.0 Hours
Course Description
A primary purpose for investigating serious traffic accidents is the determination of how the accident occurred. Officers having the skills to collect and interpret the results of the accident need to be able to use that information to establish vehicle speeds, vehicle to roadway relationships, and vehicle to vehicle relationships. On-Scene Traffic Accident Investigation Level 2 introduces students to traffic accident reconstruction principles that will help them establish these facts from certain types of skid mark evidence.
