Technical Rescue: Confined Space Techniques

Course Description
This course will give firefighters or rescue personnel the knowledge and skills to effectively perform rescues in permitted confined spaces.

Technical Rescue: Introduction to Technical Rescue, Technical Rescue: Core Qualifications
Who Should Attend
Firefighters who are assigned as part of a technical rescue team, or are trying out for a rescue team, or their duties require them to perform rescues inside confined spaces.
Special Notes
Students must provide full Technical Rescue protective clothing to include boots, coat, pants, gloves, helmet, and hood. All clothing and equipment must be in good condition and meet applicable NFPA standards. No shorts or sleeveless shirts may be worn.
