Child Victim Investigation Fundamentals
Course Hours: 24.0 Hours
This course is designed to educate and train public safety personnel on investigative techniques when interacting with child victims. Training topics include dynamics of child sexual abuse, child neglect, abusive injuries investigations, commercial sexual exploitation of children, child pornography and the internet, and legal issues. All topics are delivered by subject matter experts currently in the field of public safety.
Who Should Attend
Students must be Georgia POST Certified Peace Officers, Coroners/Deputy Coroners, or Prosecutors.
