Course Description
This course is the second of three required for POST Management Certification. Topics include management accountability, media relations, communications, problem solving, decision making, budgeting, and human resource management.

Completion of Management Level 1.

Dress Code: Students are expected to wear department-issued Class A or B uniforms or business attire to this course. Shorts, jeans and t-shirts are prohibited.
