Weight Training and Fitness
Course Hours: 24.0 Hours
This course is designed for public safety personnel who are interested in improving their overall physical fitness. Topics include nutrition, weight and fitness training, cardiovascular fitness, and workout program design.
Students must bring walking/running, non-marking court shoes and workout clothes. Please review the student manual below for this course.
