Course Description
Advanced Firearms 1 is an eight (8) hour course that focuses on advanced semi-auto pistol concepts. Shooting drills will include: close quarters shooting, judgmental shooting, engaging subjects wearing body armor, one-handed shooting, and engaging multiple targets, shooting from cover, shooting from the ground (prone and back), etc. Appropriate attire and gear include duty uniform, fully equipped duty belt, service weapon, three (3) magazines, body armor, a baseball-style hat, range safety gear (ear and eye p
