Course Description
Initial Correctional Counseling Training is a program designed to give various insights on the daily functions throughout the facilities for counseling services and other services provided for the offenders.
Prerequisites
Participants must complete Online Counselor Advisement Training, Americans with Disabilities Act - Overview and Counselor Advisement Training Phase II prior to registering for Initial Correctional Counselor Training.
Who Should Attend
Georgia Department of Corrections Counselors, Multifunctional Correctional Officers and Metro Reentry Facility Staff.
