Governor's Initiative Symposium
Course Hours: 6.0 Hours
Course Description
This symposium fulfills all Governor's Initiative training requirements for:
- Use of force (1 hour)
- De-escalation (1 hour)
- Community policing (2 hours)
- Human trafficking (1 hour)
- Gang awareness (1 hour)
Note: attendance is required for the complete program to receive POST creditable training hours.

There are no prerequisites for this course.

Any peace officer in need of mandatory training topics should attend this course.
