Course Description
This course is the first of three required for POST Management Certification and is intended for law enforcement managers. Topics include evolution of management, stress management, principles of management, planning, organizing, and directing.
Special Notes
Dress Code: Students are expected to wear department-issued Class A or B uniforms or business attire to this course. Shorts, jeans, and t-shirts are prohibited.
