Course Description
This course is designed to assist law enforcement officers to better perform their duties by providing thorough coverage of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated Title 40 to include current DUI case law, the Teenage & Adult Driver Responsibility Act (TADRA), commercial vehicle law, and occupant protection laws.
