Course Description
This course is designed for personnel who present evidence in a court of law. Topics include effective courtroom testimony, legal terminology, experience documentation, and expert testimony.
Who Should Attend
Due to the sensitive nature of this material, students should be employed by a public safety agency.
Special Notes
This course meets the requirements for the Georgia Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) Crime Scene Technician Certification. Students should print or download the student manual prior to attending class. The students will also be given the opportunity to purchase the manual from the Georgia Public Safety Training Center.
