Course Description
This course is the second of three required for POST Supervisory Certification. Topics include supervisory leadership, training and development, performance evaluation, employee counseling, employment law, staffing, discipline, and performance management.
Prerequisites
Successful completion of Supervision Level 1.
Special Notes
Printed material will not be issued; students must print or download class materials. The books required for reading will be issued the first day of class. Dress Code: Students are to report for class wearing their department Class A, Class B uniform, or business attire. Shorts, jeans, and t-shirts are PROHIBITED.
