Pressurized Container Live Fire Instructor
Course Hours: 6.0 Hours
Course Description
This course is to provide an overview of the classroom administration, delivery, instructional techniques for practical skills, tank set-up, and valve operations during the live fire evolution involving LP gas and Fire Academy equipment.
Prerequisites
Persons accepted in this course must be a member of a compliant fire department and fit the requirement defined in O.C.G.A. Title 25-4-2 (6).
Successful completion of Instructor I and Pressurized Container Fire Control courses.
Who Should Attend
Those individuals who will be instructing the classroom and/or the live fire portion of Pressurized Container Fire Control.
Special Notes
Students should bring a full set of PPE with the exception of an SCBA and facepiece.
