Specialized Patrol Techniques
Course Hours: 16.0 Hours
Course Description
This course is designed to address current trends in law enforcement patrol. The training will begin with a historical review of policing, and will progress to the emphasis that is placed on current issues faced by patrol officers, to include: relevant case law, use of force information, patrol tactics, interactions with auditors, specialized units, ICE, and surviving a career.
Who Should Attend
All students must be certified and sworn law enforcement officers.

This course is required for the POST Advanced Certification.
