Interdiction in the Hallways
Course Hours: 4.0 Hours
Course Description
This course is designed to
educate School Resource Officers and School Safety personnel in identifying
youth who may be exposed to, or are under the influence of, drugs in a school setting,
as well as identifying youth who may be in possession of drugs on a school campus. Identification of these youth will allow for the officer or personnel to provide proper intervention, and provide or facilitate immediate medical assistance.

Prerequisites
Officers must first attend the School Resource Officer course before attending this course.
Who Should Attend
School Resource Officers, Educators, Administration, Fire, EMS, and School Safety Personnel should attend this course.
